Acquisition Criteria

Sherman Multifamily has a targeted investment focus on 80+ unit properties in Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, Houston and throughout the Southeast where planned capital improvements and operational efficiencies create significant value.

Criteria:

• Properties located in Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, Houston

and Southeastern markets (specifically Charlotte, Orlando,

Raleigh, and Tampa)
• Class B/C properties with opportunity for value creation

through improvements to interiors, exteriors, amenities and

management/operations
• Underperforming multifamily properties
• 80+ unit assets in well-located submarkets
• Multifamily properties that are cash flowing on day 1

Steve Sherman - President

Steve is a successful real estate investor, experienced construction executive, and entrepreneur. He has over 17 years managing and operating complex construction projects and utilizes his vast experience in leadership, operations, management, negotiation, and financial modeling in his real estate business.

Steve's experience in leadership, operations, and financial modeling, give him a unique perspective and the skillsets necessary for finding, analyzing, operating and executing on superior investments. Understanding economic trends; building high-performance teams that deliver; and executing detailed business plans yield superior results.

Steve Sherman - President

Steve has over 700+ units (4 properties) between Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston in his Real Estate Portfolio. He is a member of the Brad Sumrok Personal Mentorship program and has a Business Management degree from Radford University. He has 17+ years’ experience in the construction industry managing large complex government and transit projects in excess of $100MM. Steve is an entrepreneur at heart and is passionate about multifamily real estate, financial education, and philanthropy.
